The course includes information on illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and other mental health conditions. Thousands of families describe the program as life-changing. Family support is vital for recovery, and the best family support happens when family members are educated and supported themselves. F2F is an evidence-based, proven program that offers a foundation of understanding and information about mental illness.
Like all NAMI programs, there is no cost for this class. It is funded by memberships and donations.
To register, contact the point-person for the course you want to attend.
