Anne Bailey is the Director of Product Management and Marketing at Novelis. She holds dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. In the past, she has held various Finance, Supply Chain, and Management roles in Kimberly-Clark and Novelis. Currently, she is pursuing her Executive MBA at Emory University.
Anne has a passion for helping others within the Atlanta community, with a particular focus in the areas of mental health and women. This is because she is a woman who has struggled with mental health issues and has known others who have suffered as well. As a part of the board, she hopes to end the stigma on mental health and increase awareness of NAMI Dekalb.
Anne is currently a part of the Atlanta Women Foundation’s 2021 Inspire Atlanta class. As a part of this initiative, she is fundraising over $10,000 to create positive change for women and girls in Atlanta. She is also a recent graduate of the Women on Board program, which trains women on how to join and become a successful board member for non-profit organizations. Finally, she has volunteered with numerous charitable organizations including mentoring with Usher’s New Look, building with Habitat for Humanity, making meals at Open Hand, and organizing medical supplies at MedShare.
Anne lives in Atlanta with her husband Josh, daughter Violet, and two cats. She enjoys reading, learning, and traveling the world (and is hoping to travel again soon!)
